All applicants must read and agree to the Summary of Rules and Regulations 

 The deposit as determined above must accompany the application. Such deposit will be held as a Security Deposit. The deposit will be returned in the event the application is denied.

Use of the above Facilities for other than the aforementioned rates must be approved by the Board of Directors.

This Application must first be submitted for consideration.  Because of the unique nature of the Fairgrounds, failure to provide sufficient time for the Rental Committee to process your application may result in disapproval.

Will this be a public event? If so, provide information regarding the event including any flyers associated with the event.
Will there be a Fee to enter your event? If so, provide Fee Schedule.
If you are leasing the Commercial Building, will you need access to the kitchen area for staging a meal?
Will the event Manager be on site during the entire event?
Has a similar event(s) been held elsewhere?
